I’m allowed to talk about the metrics and results mentioned below, but I kindly ask you to be responsible in their use and not post them anywhere outside this document.
This project, which I carry out individually, begins with a briefing from which I was able to extract: eDreams' objective is to provide more value to its clients and to do so, they start from this question: how do people organize their plans when they visit a city?
Carry out an investigative report taking into account...
The client expects you to provide information about how people travel and function in a new city to provide more value to its users.
The research carried out by the client indicates the importance of recommendations between friends or known as well as the value that users perceive when they live local experiences.
The client wants to have an impact before preparing for the trip and during it.
I used a board in Miro to have all the steps that I was walking in view and thus it would be easier to have a general and visual vision of each one.
I analyzed and took from the briefing the client and the context as well as the objectives of the project and the public to which it was addressed.
Using one posit per objective on the Miro dashboard, I defined the objectives of the investigation.
I carried out both primary research and secondary research. The primary research consisted of a series of in-depth interviews conducted with people from the target audience and a questionnaire that I posted on my social networks. The secondary research, however, consisted of doing a competition analysis to find its strengths and weaknesses.
